Lead customers to Crop King’s website with well-placed and well-designed ads, update website to improve customer conversion rate, and empower those who have never grown their own cannabis to feel comfortable taking on this challenging task. For those that aren’t novice growers, highlight Crop King’s many options for new and interesting strains to create repeat business.

CHALLENGES
Conversion rate optimization was our number one goal, as many people are curious about growing their own cannabis, but will balk once they discover the start-up price and time necessary for a first-time grower.

STRATEGY
Choose new conversion goals, identify areas where conversion rate can be improved, learn about the potential customer base by attending trade shows and events and performing surveys. Using this information, create and implement tests of new features.
